📋 Description

• Provide expert answers, both written and verbal, to questions about AI-assisted software development, modern AI architectures, MCP, and systems integration • Deliver and deepen training content through kick-off and closing live events, digital workshops, hackathons, and individualized learning support • Support learners during sandbox exercises, hackathons, and client implementation projects • Assess learning progress • Conduct and assess final projects, including deployment of an MVP solution • Determine training outcomes • Create, prepare, and continuously improve learning materials on AI coding copilots, spec-driven development, RAG, MCP, and cloud deployment • Ensure the quality of existing training programs and provide feedback to the Learning Team • Conduct individual coaching sessions on debugging, code reviews, build-vs-buy decisions, and test automation • Support new team members • Collaborate with the Coaching Team Lead, the Learning Team, and other stakeholders • Actively contribute to the ongoing development of the training program

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience as a Software Engineer or AI Engineer, ideally with hands-on experience in AI-assisted software development • Experience with coding copilots, LLM APIs, agent architectures, RAG, and MCP • Proficiency in testing, debugging, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud deployment • Experience integrating AI components into legacy systems • Experience with data management for AI, particularly data chunking, indexing, and RAG • Understanding of AI governance, the EU AI Act, data security, and Responsible AI • Teaching experience delivering technical content to experienced software engineers • Understanding of instructional concepts in adult education and online learning • Strong customer and service orientation, empathy, clear communication, and a constructive feedback culture • Hands-on mentality, team spirit, resilience, and flexibility • Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level) • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany
