📋 Description

• Build and maintain 3D web and interactive animation projects for architecture and planning operations • Create premium 3D website experiences and interactive landing pages • Develop 3D models, materials, and animations or adapt existing assets • Build scroll-triggered 3D rotations, transitions, and parallax effects • Integrate interactive 3D visuals into Next.js websites • Optimize 3D experiences for mobile devices and fast loading • Ship interactive animations and 3D web interfaces for performance spaces • Integrate custom fabrication and stage engineering concepts into digital formats

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with 3D web development and interactive animation • Proficiency with Three.js / React Three Fiber • Proficiency with GSAP / ScrollTrigger • Proficiency with Blender for 3D modeling and animation • Proficiency with React / Next.js • Knowledge of WebGL, performance optimization, and responsive design • Ability to work 48 hours per week • 1-month probation period • 3-month fixed-term employment contract
