📋 Description

• Implement the ATM and devices value proposition in alignment with Client Coverage and Consumer Clients Lesotho objectives • Ensure clients across all segments can conduct electronic transactions through automated transaction terminals, including ATMs, BNAs and RBNAs • Support current and future automated transaction terminal solutions

🎯 Requirements

• First Degree in Business Commerce • More than 10 years of appropriate branch banking experience • Solid understanding of branch banking, with tactical insight into daily branch operations and controls • Detailed knowledge of branch banking processes, practices, products and services • Experience in digital and physical channels in a financial environment • Good understanding of technology, systems and processes required to deliver a front-end customer experience • Understanding of the relationship between digital channels and digital migration • Experience of branch banking and ATM operations • Experience in cash lifecycle management • Behavioural competencies: Adopting Practical Approaches; Conveying Self-Confidence; Convincing People; Developing Expertise; Developing Strategies; Embracing Change; Examining Information; Exploring Possibilities; Making Decisions; Meeting Timescales; Providing Insights; Upholding Standards
