📋 Description

• Own the X content calendar end to end: plan, write, and publish content • Work with creatives when necessary • Create announcements, memes, QTs, text posts, and replies • Maintain a consistent brand voice • Monitor the timeline and join relevant conversations • Turn complex concepts into accessible posts • Track performance and replicate successful content • Expand into new social channels as they launch • Collaborate on campaign strategy and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Genuinely X-native; years of posting experience • Deep understanding of startup culture • Ability to simplify complex ideas without losing substance • Tasteful meme creation and judgment • Consistent, reliable content execution • Willingness to think outside the box and try radical ideas • No specific degree, background, or years of experience required • Nice to have: experience growing an account • Nice to have: basic design or editing skills using Figma, Canva, or CapCut • Nice to have: experience at or around an early-stage startup, incubator, or accelerator • Nice to have: interest in video
