📋 Description

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for law firms, aligned with the business objectives of the unit. • Lead, develop, and empower a team of Builder PMs, fostering experimentation, continuous delivery, and a results-oriented mindset. • Own product metrics, including acquisition, activation, retention, churn, revenue, and satisfaction. • Propose and prioritize initiatives that drive product metrics. • Conduct continuous discovery with lawyers, law firms, and other customers. • Turn real customer pain points into product opportunities. • Use AI for data analysis, research synthesis, strategic scenario development, and product vision definition. • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. • Ensure successful launches and consistent go-to-market strategies. • Monitor the legal market and the legaltech ecosystem, identifying trends, competitors, and differentiation opportunities. • Represent the products to leadership, presenting results, trade-offs, and evidence-based recommendations. • Maintain a digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and interest in Artificial Intelligence applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in digital product management, with experience across complete product lifecycles—from conception through launch and continuous evolution—and a track record of business metric results. • Experience with B2B SaaS products, preferably in Legal Tech or Lawtech. • Experience directly managing Product Managers, including career development, feedback, and performance management. • Strong command of product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap management practices. • Experience with SaaS product metrics (MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, activation, and retention) and data-driven decision-making. • Regular use of AI in your work, with concrete examples such as data analysis, strategy, research synthesis, or prototype development. • Critical thinking and an evidence-based approach. • Ownership mindset and accountability for product and team outcomes. • Leadership, influence, and communication skills with stakeholders at various levels. • Preferred: A law degree or experience with the day-to-day operations of law firms. • Preferred: Experience prototyping or building solutions with AI support. • Preferred: Experience with SaaS product pricing, packaging, or go-to-market. • Preferred: Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies.
