📋 Description

• Own strategy and execution across the Growth team’s priority verticals: Privacy, Bitcoin, Quantum, and RWA • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships end-to-end to extend and strengthen Starknet’s infrastructure stack • Develop commercial proposals that drive growth across the Starknet ecosystem • Work with product, ecosystem, and marketing teams to identify and build solutions supporting partner ecosystem success • Partner with legal, finance, and operations teams on existing and upcoming partnerships • Represent Starknet at conferences and industry events to enhance visibility and connect with top-tier projects

🎯 Requirements

• Senior generalist able to operate cross-functionally across strategy, BD, partnerships, and product development • Proven ability to build complex financial models • Experience structuring incentive/economic terms, including token incentive design, revenue share, earn-outs, and vesting/cliff structures • Experience negotiating multi-party commercial agreements from term sheet to close • Minimum 5+ years of crypto and DeFi experience • Ideal background in banking, management consulting, or legal training • Experience at a Tier one company within the industry • Strong commercial and research skills • Ability to build clear business cases and financial models • Deep crypto network • Track record of building senior relationships with DeFi protocols, LPs, and financial institutions that generated revenue/growth • Self-starter with high energy, motivation, and ambition • Comfortable defining success for a specific vertical, identifying gaps, and reallocating efforts toward high-value opportunities • Ability to influence senior executives and work effectively with stakeholders across the organisation • Strong deal experience and negotiation skills
