📋 Description

• Receive development requests and deliver them from start to finish • Work on backend development, including requirements and data modeling, data structuring, architecture, implementation, and communication with servers, databases, and internal and external services • Work on frontend development by creating graphical interfaces, applying UX principles, and integrating the backend with the interface • Actively participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, from conception through delivery and maintenance • Develop and validate automated features, ensuring application quality and performance • Document processes, systems, and features to contribute to an accessible knowledge repository for the team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in backend (Java) and frontend (React) software architecture and design • Experience developing distributed and concurrent applications • Experience with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum • Active participation in all phases of the software development life cycle, from conception through delivery and maintenance • Knowledge of object-oriented programming • Knowledge of UI (User Interface) development • Knowledge of application servers • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases • Knowledge of Secure Development practices • Experience with automated testing and feature validation • Ability to document developed processes, systems, and features • Experience with projects related to investments and retirement or pension plans (preferred) • Participation in development communities or contributions to open-source projects (preferred)
