📋 Description

• Identify relevant grant opportunities from foundations, corporate CSR programs, public funding institutions, and international donors • Develop funding proposals, concept notes, expressions of interest, and grant applications • Build and maintain a pipeline of funding opportunities aligned with the mission and projects • Translate project ideas into narratives, budgets, logical frameworks, and measurable impact indicators • Support outreach, partnership development, and communication with prospective funders • Coordinate submission requirements, deadlines, supporting documentation, and follow-ups

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in grant writing, institutional fundraising, or proposal development, ideally with a track record of successful applications • Familiarity with European and international funding ecosystems, including foundations, corporate philanthropy, EU funding, and development cooperation • Excellent written English; German is a strong advantage • Experience in education, employment, digital inclusion, migration, or international development is particularly relevant • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and turn early-stage ideas into fundable projects • A short introduction and relevant experience • Examples of successful grant applications or funding secured • Freelance rates and availability
