📋 Description

• Grow market share and achieve profitable sales growth within the assigned Northeast territory • Visit prospective and existing customers to present Stäubli and its product portfolio • Prepare and deliver technical presentations • Collaborate with technical sales support teams to understand customer requirements and recommend solutions • Understand customer applications and match products to technical needs • Secure new business and maintain existing customer relationships • Work with Inside Sales to prepare quotations and secure new and repeat orders • Maintain customer communication throughout ordering, invoicing, shipping, and post-shipment activities • Serve as primary customer contact for support needs and coordinate with Service and Applications Engineering teams • Demonstrate Stäubli product advantages compared with competitive offerings • Partner with Business Development to identify, research, and develop new business opportunities • Use the CRM system to manage customer information, track activities, and generate reports • Participate in trade shows, open houses, and quarterly sales meetings • Manage and develop the Northeast territory • Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards • Spend approximately three to four days per week visiting customers and one to two days on administrative and office-based responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required • Engineering or technical background preferred • Technical knowledge and experience in mechanical, electrical, and/or software-related disciplines • Ability to manage and follow technical projects through completion • Proven ability to combine technical expertise with strong customer-facing and sales skills • Strong communication and technical presentation skills • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and comprehension skills • Self-motivated, curious, and driven to learn and understand customer applications • Ability to work for extended periods at a desk and on a computer • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects as needed • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds • Sufficient dexterity and accuracy to operate equipment and perform job-related tasks • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require
