📋 Description

• Conduct keyword research and develop topic clusters • Create briefs and drafts, publish and refresh content across 8+ brand sites • Produce destination guides, neighborhood pages, owner-acquisition pages, FAQs and comparison pages • Build AI workflows using Claude, Cursor, custom prompts, templates and programmatic pages • Edit and fact-check AI-generated content for brand voice, local accuracy and E-E-A-T • Manage on-page and technical SEO basics, including titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, schema, indexation, Core Web Vitals flags and redirects • Partner with developers on larger technical SEO initiatives • Manage local search through Google Business Profile, citations and local links • Improve AI search visibility in AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity • Track rankings, sessions, owner leads and bookings in GSC, GA4 and StaydOS • Develop an SEO playbook for onboarding additional brands • Report to the CMO and collaborate with development, brand teams and marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience growing organic traffic and conversions, with before-and-after numbers • Daily experience using AI to produce content • Strong editing skills and ability to make AI drafts sound local, specific and accurate • Experience with Google Search Console (GSC) • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) • Experience with Screaming Frog or Sitebulb • Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush or DataForSEO • Excellent written English • Ability to overlap with U.S. Mountain Time mornings preferred • STR, hospitality, travel or real estate SEO experience is a plus • Programmatic SEO, multi-location sites, SQL, Looker Studio or reporting scripts are a plus
