📋 Description

• Own social strategy, calendar, production, posting and community management for every brand across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts • Produce and edit reels, short-form video, carousels, property showcases, market highlights and owner testimonials • Coordinate with local teams or freelancers for on-site content capture • Create AI-scaled creative including scripts, hook variants, captions, resizing and repurposing shoots into multiple assets • Develop real estate agent campaigns, referral programs, co-branded content, lunch-and-learns and partner toolkits • Schedule and coordinate owner mixers, agent events, sponsorships and local activations from budgeting and invitations through follow-up and CRM entry • Support department projects including brand launches, rebrands, print collateral and swag • Track clicks, sessions, owner leads, agent referrals and bookings driven by social and events for each brand • Create reusable events and agent-campaign playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• Experience creating and marketing content, including editing short-form video quickly and well • Organization to run 8 brands’ calendars and an event in the same week • Experience planning and coordinating events remotely, from invites and logistics to follow-up • Daily use of AI tools such as CapCut, Descript, Canva AI, Claude or ChatGPT in the creative workflow • Honesty about performance and willingness to change tactics when something does not produce leads • Excellent written and spoken English • STR, hospitality, travel or real estate marketing experience is a plus • Existing relationships with real estate agents in the company’s markets, experience running social for multiple brands, or basic Meta Ads are a plus
