📋 Description

• Own the AI product roadmap end-to-end, from document ingestion of Revit, AutoCAD, and PDF plan sets to structured outputs such as quantity takeoffs, scope-gap analysis, and RFI drafts • Partner with AI/ML engineering on model performance, set accuracy standards, maintain labeling feedback loops, and track precision, recall, and F1 metrics • Own commercial outcomes, including pipeline generation, proof-of-value engagements, and landing net-new accounts • Define and refine the trust ladder for autonomous AI handling versus human estimator review • Ship plan viewers, measurement overlays, and system-aware editing tools with design and engineering • Run weekly live customer sessions and accuracy reviews with US-based clients and engineering leads • Identify product issues and edge cases and improve the product based on customer feedback • Conduct product demos, work with customers on proof-of-value projects, and help close new business

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background shipping products where AI/ML model output forms the primary user experience • Exceptional intuition for designing review UX for domain experts who need absolute accuracy before trusting automated outputs • Hands-on experience carrying revenue accountability, running first-call demos, and closing deals directly • Comfort reading complex architectural/engineering plans, CAD/BIM drawings, and technical scope specifications • Default to measuring and shipping, tying roadmap decisions to model accuracy, time saved, or revenue generated • 5+ years of professional experience, ideally including Product Management experience with direct ownership of AI/ML-powered products • Proven track record of owning model-quality metrics including precision, recall, F1, and human-review rates • Prior revenue accountability • Fluent English communication skills with executive presence to conduct live demos and close sales calls with US-based executives • Indonesia Citizen • Availability to overlap 3 to 4 hours daily with San Francisco leadership
