📋 Description

• Analyze clients' existing financial and personnel processes • Identify optimization potential • Define the target state and support the implementation • Support the further development of the digital strategy in collaboration with firm management • Train colleagues on the introduction of new software solutions • Monitor and identify trends in IT and digitalization

🎯 Requirements

• Initial professional experience as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte) in a tax consultancy • Successfully completed further training as a Specialist Assistant for Digitalization and IT Processes • Good knowledge of DATEV online solutions • Experience with classic DATEV programs (accounting, LODAS, tax software) • Enthusiasm for process automation and simplification through digital solutions • Strong problem-solving skills • Team player with strong communication skills • High level of initiative / self-starter
