📋 Description

• Identify requirements across end-to-end processes and systems together with business stakeholders, and present them in a clear, comprehensible manner • Conduct structured interviews and facilitate interdisciplinary workshops • Analyze available data, understand current processes, and derive future-state target processes • Document processes, workflows, and system functionalities • Serve as the Center of Excellence for topics related to the production environment • Critically assess the current state and act as the link between IT and the business • Clearly structure requirements for key projects and features, making them suitable for prioritization

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience as an IT Business Analyst and/or IT Consultant in an agile environment • Proven experience eliciting and modeling complex business processes in a production environment • Understanding of the challenges involved in IT requirements management • Strong analytical skills and a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach to problem-solving • Technical understanding and an interest in learning about complex IT topics • Expertise in Confluence, Jira, or similar systems • High level of self-motivation, with a structured and goal-oriented working style • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken • German language proficiency at least at C1 level
