📋 Description

• Own attorney development from the ground up • Build a firm-wide feedback cadence beyond annual reviews • Manage relationships with partners and firm leadership • Develop programs and touchpoints that create a sense of community for associates • Design and manage learning and development programs end-to-end • Coach associates, resolve performance concerns, and support their development • Analyze utilization and performance data to identify under- or mis-utilized associates and drive action • Contribute to talent acquisition efforts and future attorney-team growth programs • Apply US employment law knowledge to development and performance matters • Represent attorney development and influence the firm's approach to people • Work with the People Team and firm leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Legal or attorney-development background • Experience ideally gained inside a law firm or legal tech environment • Strong learning and development program design skills • Knowledge of training grounded in adult learning theory • Coaching and mentoring experience • People management experience ideally • Working knowledge of US employment law • Ability to analyze utilization and performance data • Excellent written and verbal English communication • Availability in the Americas time zone, ideally Eastern Time • Resilient, direct, transparent temperament • Comfort with ambiguity • AI-forward and tech-savvy
