📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and prioritization of complex problems related to the financial sector and/or engineering platform products • Serve as a reference point for decision-making regarding solution details • Help the team solve problems with undefined scope and work with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration among everyone involved in the project • Provide suggestions and raise constructive criticisms, contributing to technical decisions and sharing technical knowledge across the team • Independently define and deliver technical roadmaps for larger projects, often involving dependencies between teams

🎯 Requirements

• Software development with C# • Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures • Strong knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles • Strong knowledge of unit and integration testing • Use Git naturally and be familiar with GitFlow • Knowledge of Docker and containerization • Experience with observability tools such as Elasticsearch and Datadog • Ability to produce clean, maintainable code • Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Kanban and/or Scrum • Use of AI in the development process • Preferred qualifications: Azure and Google Cloud; Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka; microservices, Event Sourcing, CQRS, and Hexagonal Architecture; relational and non-relational data modeling; CI/CD and Azure DevOps; knowledge of and interest in the financial market
