📋 Description

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, serving as a bridge between Legal, Business, and Technology teams • Drive privacy regulatory controls, including data inventories, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), balancing tests, retention, and data subject requests • Translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications for squads and consolidate Privacy by Design practices • Assess, guide, monitor, and develop AI tools aligned with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) • Mitigate data leakage and algorithmic bias risks • Collaborate with Information Security teams to prioritize technical controls and respond to corporate incidents • Prepare materials, train teams, and raise employee awareness of Privacy and Data Protection • Support the maintenance of the personal data inventory and Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) • Support products and projects with encryption, anonymization, and data minimization controls • Conduct preliminary privacy impact assessments, prepare and maintain DPIAs, and manage remediation plans • Respond to data subject requests and assess risks involving vendors, partners, and data sharing • Support incident response and manage access to personal data masking in the data lake • Use AI to optimize internal governance program processes • Support the drafting and review of policies, procedures, privacy notices, terms, and contractual clauses • Extract and analyze metrics, prepare executive reports, and organize data protection records and evidence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field (considered a plus) • Recognized Privacy and Security certifications, such as IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPT; EXIN DPO, PDPP, or PDPE; or ISACA CDPSE (considered a plus) • Experience with Technology and Information Security controls • Proven experience in banking or financial institutions • Practical knowledge of the GDPR • Awareness of global and local regulatory developments concerning Artificial Intelligence, such as the EU AI Act and Bill 2338/23 in Brazil • English proficiency
