📋 Description

• Provide technical support and guidance to franchisees throughout the construction process • Assist with estimating, variations and build-related problem solving • Support QBCC licensing and compliance requirements • Conduct franchise business reviews and assist franchisees with business planning • Monitor franchise compliance against systems, processes and franchise standards • Support franchisees with Stonewood systems and processes • Assist with procurement arrangements and supplier relationships • Support new franchisees as they transition into trading operations • Work closely with franchise owners across Queensland to provide technical guidance, compliance support and operational advice

🎯 Requirements

• Current QBCC Builder Licence (Open or Unrestricted preferred) • Residential construction, estimating or project management experience • Strong understanding of Queensland residential building practices • Ability to work independently across multiple locations and businesses • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities • Experience working with franchise networks or multiple business owners is advantageous
