📋 Description

• Build and run Storm's marketing engine as an AI-first system using agents, skills, prompts, context libraries and automations • Produce website content, articles, LinkedIn material and research • Own the source-of-truth context layer covering positioning, service descriptions, content pillars, senior points of view, approved language and tone • Interview internal experts and mine calls and transcripts with AI • Edit agent-generated drafts to published quality • Create and direct social graphics, visual content and short-form video using AI generation tools • Own rebrand and website content • Own article and SEO strategy • Run market and competitor research • Support outreach campaigns with contact research, campaign lists and outreach drafts • Build QA into workflows through source checks, claim checks, tone checks and approval points • Continuously evaluate and rebuild workflows as models, tools and capabilities change • Track target-account engagement, senior-leader reach, inbound enquiries, useful conversations and content usage in commercial conversations • Work across leadership, commercial, account management, creative, AI operations and delivery teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong writing and editing ability • Talent for turning complex or messy thinking into clear, useful material for senior audiences • An eye for design and visual storytelling • Ability to make or direct on-brand creative assets with AI image and video tools • Some experience, strong project work or clear self-started evidence in marketing, editorial, content, communications or adjacent work • Genuine command of AI tools, including frontier LLMs and agentic tools such as Claude Code, Codex-style agents or similar • Evidence of building AI-assisted workflows, prompt or skill libraries, knowledge bases or automations usable by others • Practical understanding of prompt and agent configuration, context design and lightweight technical systems such as markdown, GitHub, Airtable, CMSs and automation tools, or demonstrated appetite to learn them fast • Judgement about tone, quality, accuracy and what should or should not be published • Interest in how marketing supports relationship-led sales • Strong written communication, context discipline and async working habits • Legal right to work in Egypt without restrictions or right to work in Egypt through a visa
