📋 Description

• Help developers, partner agencies, and customers understand Storyblok and implement headless architectures • Conduct workshops, write tutorials and documentation, attend webinars, record instructional videos, and give product demonstrations • Write sample applications, prototypes, and code samples showcasing Storyblok and headless content management • Identify and document missing pieces and technical issues in Storyblok APIs, SDKs, and services • Help external developers overcome missing functionality or technical issues using plugins, tools, apps, or custom scripts • Contribute code updates and bug fixes to public open-source projects, including SDKs, sample applications, and starter kits • Propose new or enhanced Storyblok Headless CMS features based on enterprise customer and developer-community interactions • Monitor, engage with, and support the community on Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Dev.to • Represent Storyblok at online and in-person events and public speaking opportunities • Lead Storyblok booths and participate in sponsored events • Guide the documentation, tutorials, and onboarding roadmap • Serve as a Storyblok and headless CMS authority and advocate • Monitor external communities to identify new content opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web development • Experience with CMS in general; Headless CMS experience is a plus • Thorough knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs; GraphQL APIs are a plus • Thorough knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework, such as Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte, including its fundamental principles • Experience with public speaking • Experience organizing meetups or other events • Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities • Strong command of the English language • Experience with customer calls, developer support, or other developer relations activities is desirable • Experience with technical writing is desirable • AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools while applying sound judgment and critical thinking • Good communication skills for interacting with multiple stakeholders and across departments
