📋 Description

• Own a major sports client's product rollout and associated AI-enabled services • Take client products and integrations from brief to live through configuration, onboarding, testing, and rollout • Continue owning client products and integrations after launch • Build and operate AI-powered automations, tools, and workflows • Monitor AI services after launch, validate inputs and outputs, and identify issues proactively • Reproduce issues by checking configuration, data, and expected behavior • Provide Engineering with clear, actionable problems • Decide which product-area issues are worth fixing and work directly with engineers to ship improvements • Keep clients informed about progress and constraints • Turn client learnings into changes for Product and Engineering • Direct one or two more junior teammates • Create tools and automation that improve future delivery cycles

🎯 Requirements

• Real-world experience building something with AI, such as an automation, agentic pipeline step, or relied-upon tool; not merely chatbot use • Experience taking a client-facing product or integration from brief to live and operating it after launch • Technical background in support, integrations, QA, development, or similar • Comfortable with APIs, SDKs, configuration, and data without needing to be an engineer • Experience working in a startup, scale-up, fast-moving agency, or self-started environment where processes were not established • Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information and take initiative • Clear, direct communication with clients and technical teams • Nice to have: background in sport, media, live events, or ad-tech • Nice to have: experience with SaaS or developer-facing products, including SDKs, CMS, and analytics
