📋 Description

• Take products and initiatives from ambiguous brief through configuration, onboarding, testing, rollout and adoption to reliable day-to-day operation • Turn requests into plans with owners, dependencies, risks and a definition of done • Brief people, follow up, remove blockers and make delivery decisions • Own AI-enabled services after launch, including prompts, inputs, outputs, dependencies and human review steps • Build checks to detect weak AI output and drift before clients do • Investigate issues, reproduce problems, check configuration and expected behaviour, assess impact and provide Engineering with well-framed problems • Keep clients informed about progress, uncertainty and constraints • Convert delivery learnings into actionable Product and Engineering requirements • Lead more junior team members through context, standards and direct feedback • Use AI tools for investigation, analysis, documentation, QA and reporting while validating results • Create playbooks, checklists and automation to improve future delivery cycles • Work across clients, Product, Engineering, Design and Support • Direct a small number of junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in implementation, product operations, technical account management, client delivery or similar • Personally taken work from ambiguity to a real outcome, rather than coordinated someone else doing it • Ability to make good decisions with incomplete information • Technical understanding of APIs, SDKs, integrations, configuration and data • Practical AI fluency, including prompts, inputs, failure modes and human review in production workflows • Ability to direct people and hold a standard • Ability to work independently and make progress without a perfect brief or meeting invite • Attention to detail while working at pace • AI workflow, automation or platform operations after launch is useful but not required • Experience implementing SaaS or developer-facing products such as APIs, SDKs, CMS, UAT and analytics is useful but not required • Sport, media, live events or ad-tech background is useful but not required • Remote startup or scale-up experience is useful but not required • Legal right to work in South Africa, either without restrictions or through a visa
