📋 Description

• Take products and initiatives from ambiguous brief through configuration, onboarding, testing, rollout and adoption to reliable day-to-day operation • Turn messy requests into plans with owners, dependencies, risks and a definition of done • Brief people, follow up, remove blockers and make delivery decisions • Own AI-enabled services after launch, including prompts, inputs, outputs, dependencies and human review steps • Build checks to catch weak AI output and drift before clients do • Investigate issues by reproducing them, checking configuration and expected behaviour, and assessing impact • Hand Engineering well-framed problems rather than forwarded emails • Keep clients informed about progress, uncertainty and constraints • Convert delivery learnings into actionable Product and Engineering requirements • Lead more junior team members through context, standards, feedback and expanded ownership • Use AI tools for investigation, analysis, documentation, QA and reporting while validating results • Create playbooks, checklists and automation to improve future delivery cycles

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in implementation, product operations, technical account management, client delivery or similar • Personally taken work from ambiguity to a real outcome, rather than coordinating someone else • Ability to make good decisions with incomplete information • Technical understanding of APIs, SDKs, integrations, configuration and data • Practical AI fluency, including prompts, inputs, failure modes and human review in production workflows • Ability to direct people, hold standards and focus on results • Proactive approach to making progress without a perfect brief or meeting invite • Attention to detail at pace, including identifying missing ownership, weak evidence and unready work • Experience operating AI workflows, automation or platforms after launch is useful but not required • Experience implementing SaaS or developer-facing products is useful but not required • Sport, media, live events or ad-tech background is useful but not required • Remote startup or scale-up experience is useful but not required
