📋 Description

• Take products and initiatives from ambiguous brief through configuration, onboarding, testing, rollout and adoption to reliable day-to-day operation • Turn requests into plans with owners, dependencies, risks and a definition of done • Brief people, follow up, remove blockers and make delivery decisions • Own AI-enabled services after launch, including prompts, inputs, outputs, dependencies, human review and quality checks • Investigate issues, reproduce problems, check configuration and expected behaviour, assess impact, and provide Engineering with well-framed problems • Keep clients informed about progress, uncertainty and constraints • Turn delivery learnings into actionable Product and Engineering requirements • Lead more junior team members through context, standards, feedback and expanded ownership • Use AI tools for investigation, analysis, documentation, QA and reporting while validating results • Create playbooks, checklists and automation to improve future delivery cycles

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in implementation, product operations, technical account management, client delivery or similar • Personally taken work from ambiguity to a real outcome • Ability to make good decisions with incomplete information • Ability to reason about APIs, SDKs, integrations, configuration and data without being an engineer • Practical AI fluency, including prompts, inputs, failure modes and review in production • Ability to direct people and hold a standard • Detail-oriented execution at pace • AI workflow, automation or platform operations after launch useful but not required • Experience implementing SaaS or developer-facing products useful but not required • Sport, media, live events or ad-tech background useful but not required • Remote startup or scale-up experience useful but not required
