âą Monitor and manage ticket queues using the appropriate tools to ensure tickets are handled per the defined timelines and do not exceed expected thresholds âą Identify deviations from the standard scope of service and act accordingly including the identification and support of change request opportunities âą Respond to client employee and business partner queries and requests effectively based on defined standards and contract requirements âą Perform HR data entry, including data validation, completely and accurately as defined by the standards and client contract âą Provide HRIS navigation support to clients âą Recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information âą Participate in projects as needed and assigned
âą Basic understanding of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint âą Advanced English and German skills âą 1-2 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing or other corporate environment âą Experience in customer service or working with HR and payroll data would be an asset âą Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment âą Attention to detail âą Excellent written and verbal skills âą Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
