📋 Description

• Perform HR data entry, including data validation, completely and accurately according to standards and client contract • Monitor and manage ticket queues using appropriate tools and defined timelines • Respond effectively to client employee and business partner queries and requests • Provide HRIS navigation support to clients • Identify deviations from the standard scope of service and support change request opportunities • Recognize and appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information • Participate in assigned projects as needed • Support organizations with people, payroll, and technology solutions for international workforce management

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English and German skills • Good understanding of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Experience in customer service or working with HR and payroll data • Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment • Attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal skills • Self-motivated and willingness to learn • Current and future work authorization in Poland without visa sponsorship by Strada • Successful completion of applicable background checks
