📋 Description

• Support and manage payroll tasks using ticket and payroll systems • Monitor and manage ticket queues to ensure timely handling • Utilize the hrX suite for payroll processing and associated activities • Understand and interpret payslips and follow the payroll calendar • Identify deviations from standard service scope and support change requests • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Produce and understand standard and client-specific payroll reports, including statutory reporting support • Review and validate payroll data, escalating or initiating corrections when required • Answer payroll-related questions through phone, email, and ticketing systems • Support and execute SOX/SOC1 controls and compliance activities • Maintain and follow Defined Work Instructions • Support third-party transactions where required • Participate in knowledge transfer and collaborate with team members • Support Root Cause Analysis activities • Support payroll system maintenance testing and issue resolution • Maintain current knowledge of Austrian payroll legislation, system updates, and procedures • Participate in assigned projects and activities

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Advanced German & English skills (minimum B2) • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Payroll administration, HR Operations, or a similar HR/Payroll environment • Experience or interest in Austrian payroll processes is an advantage • Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn • HRIS knowledge • Current and future work authorization in Poland without the need for visa sponsorship by Strada • Successful completion of applicable background checks
