📋 Description

• Independently process payroll end-to-end to ensure delivery according to the agreed processing calendar(s) and KPIs • Support statutory and year-end reporting according to the agreed calendar(s) and KPIs • Use payroll expertise to advise on client queries/issues and maintain a strong understanding of country-specific legislation and requirements • Support and provide knowledge transfer to Apprentices and/or Associates on data management and customer service activities • Ensure tickets and calls are responded to within SLA timeframes and to a high standard • Support system maintenance testing • Liaise and transact with third parties • Complete SOC controls on time with required evidence • Contribute to root cause analysis, ensuring accuracy and proposing feasible preventative measures to limit recurrence • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and verify that the audience understands and can apply the information • Maintain DWIs to keep processes up to date and reflective of the service • Report all system issues/defects correctly and log tickets with necessary details and evidence so Application Services and/or Products can investigate • Highlight any deviations from the standard scope of service to the Service Manager • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Complete time recording accurately and on schedule • Adhere to STRADA security standards • Contribute to team meetings and promptly raise any issues with your Service Manager • Stay up to date with all STRADA HR announcements and communications • Build strong relationships with relevant lines of business • Update internal stakeholders when needed in a timely and accurate manner • Participate in projects and activities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Flexibility to support a global, fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently while following processes and procedures • 2–3 years of relevant experience administering payroll or health & welfare/benefits in an HR consulting, HR outsourcing, or corporate environment • HRIS knowledge: experience with Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft preferred
