📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvements on the Salesforce platform • Analyze and map business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and alignment with Salesforce best practices • Collaborate with architects, developers, and technical teams to define scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions • Support Salesforce platform configuration and participate in functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for end users • Provide ongoing support to maximize adoption of implemented solutions • Ensure data integrity and quality in Salesforce, supporting data migration, cleansing, and governance • Serve as the primary point of contact between business areas and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide strategic insights and support decision-making • Stay current with Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, recommending enhancements and continuous innovation initiatives
