âą Provide unrivalled support to clients in the lending facilities âą Pitch and sell loan products âą Negotiate terms and persuade clients âą Analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness âą Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
âą Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field âą Certifications in finance, sales, or business development can be a plus âą 2-3 years of telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in financial services or loan products âą Experience in banking, financial services, or a similar sector is often preferred âą Knowledge of the challenges and needs specific to SMEs âą Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English & Mandarin âą Strong ability to negotiate terms, persuade clients and close deals âą Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients âą Capability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness âą Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads and customer data âą Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-paced, target-driven environment
