📋 Description

• Engage directly with prospective and existing customers throughout deployment • Provide hands-on technical guidance, architecture recommendations, and best practices • Collaborate with client engineering and product teams to evaluate technical stacks and select integration strategies • Work with APIs, webhooks, and mobile/web SDKs • Conduct end-to-end testing and validation before go-live • Ensure data security standards, compliance flows, and edge-case handling • Diagnose, debug, and resolve technical issues, payload errors, and connectivity blockers • Partner with Product and Engineering to channel client feedback and drive feature improvements • Contribute to external integration guides, code snippets, and internal knowledge bases • Bridge engineering teams and enterprise customers to ensure rapid time-to-value, robust integrations, and high customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a client-facing technical role focused on software architecture and third-party integrations • Strong command of RESTful APIs, JSON payload structures, and SQL • Experience debugging and validating API behavior using Postman or curl • Experience analyzing web applications using browser developer tools, including Network and Console • Ability to write and adapt scripts in Python or Java for automation, testing, and debugging • Fundamental understanding of HTML and CSS • Experience querying logs, monitoring systems, and performing root-cause analysis using Kibana / Elastic Stack • Full professional proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, written and verbal • Experience in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Integration Specialist, or L2/L3 Technical Support
