📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day operation and performance of the brand’s e-commerce website. • Keep product information, pricing, promotions, content and availability accurate, and continuously improve the online customer journey. • Manage the brand’s presence and performance on key marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. • Ensure consistent listings and brand presentation, and drive visibility, traffic, conversion and sales. • Develop and manage the e-commerce promotional plan around key sales periods, campaigns, product launches and marketplace events. • Build and maintain e-commerce sales forecasts. • Analyse sales trends, risks and gaps, and report performance regularly with clear insights and recommended actions. • Work closely with the local distributor on forecasts, stock availability, pricing and operational requirements. • Monitor e-commerce trends, consumer behaviour and competitor pricing and promotions, and share insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders. • Report to the Marketing Director and take full ownership of the brand’s e-commerce business across the company website and key online marketplaces.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, online sales or a similar role. • Strong working proficiency in English. • Strong understanding of the Vietnam e-commerce and marketplace landscape. • Proven experience in e-commerce planning, promotions and online sales forecasting. • Strong operational and planning skills, with the ability to interpret sales and performance data and translate insights into action. • Proactive, energetic and commercially minded, with a strong sense of ownership. • Experience using Shopify is an advantage.
