📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives • Design and develop business architectures aligned with clients' strategic goals • Identify opportunities to leverage data and AI to improve business processes and outcomes • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions • Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to business processes, including data governance • Lead workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals and deliverables • Translate complex business challenges into scalable data solutions, bridging business strategy and technical execution • Develop accelerators, frameworks, and best practices to elevate delivery capabilities • Identify new opportunities and help expand client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product development, ideally within Data and Analytics • Strong SQL skills for complex data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting • Proficiency with visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI • Familiarity with APIs • Understanding of data management, analytics, and AI technologies • Direct client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services organization • Experience facilitating workshops, managing conflict, and building consensus • Experience translating business needs into functional and technical specifications • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Data-driven decision-making and ability to quantify business value and ROI • Analytical problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred • Databricks certification preferred • Experience with business process modeling and analysis preferred • Experience with data, AI, and governance strategy development and implementation preferred • Project management and leadership experience preferred • Experience with conceptual modeling and analysis preferred • Change management and stakeholder engagement experience preferred • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field preferred • Required English level selection in the application form
