📋 Description

• Monitor, control, and suggest improvements to QA processes for different projects/products • Organize and cooperate with QA specialists on different projects • Set priorities, review tests, and coordinate QA activities • Work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality products • Participate in product releases and identify testing efforts • Provide hands-on product testing in urgent cases • Manage QA competencies, skills, and development • Identify skills gaps and plan training and education sessions • Manage test risks

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of professional experience in software QA • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology • Knowledge and practical implementation of test techniques, QA methodologies, tools and processes • Hands-on experience with Test Management Tools • Knowledge of SDLC and bug/story life-cycle • Upper-intermediate English writing and speaking skills • Practical experience with Jenkins or other CI build systems (build, deploy, run tests) (desirable) • Experience with version control systems (GIT) (desirable) • Basic experience with some programming language (desirable) • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS (desirable) • ISTQB certification or similar (desirable) • Strong analytical skills • Keen attention to detail and accuracy • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated and disciplined • Continuous learner • Product goals-oriented • Team player
