📋 Description

• You coach participants in our funded full- and part-time training programs on generative AI with a focus on image, video and workflow automation. • You teach practical use of AI tools for image and video generation as well as process automation. • You plan and design live sessions and practical exercises based on our course structure. • You support learners from orientation through project completion as their direct point of contact. • You work closely with our course team and provide continuous feedback on course quality. • You develop hands-on assignments, prompts and example projects for classroom use. • You use the Figma Suite and Figma Weave for course design and team collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Sora, DALL·E or comparable image and video generators • Confident use of the Figma Suite and ideally prior experience with Figma Weave • Experience in knowledge transfer, e.g., as a trainer, coach, lecturer or in a similar role • Ability to explain complex AI concepts in a clear and accessible way • Experience with funded training programs (Bildungsgutschein, QCG, KOMPASS) is a plus but not required
