📋 Description

• Investigate, report, and fix bugs in collaboration with the development team • Perform manual acceptance and exploratory testing • Build and maintain test case documentation • Lead quality assurance within the team and across Super Dispatch • Collaborate on testing and QA projects across teams • Facilitate collaboration among engineers, product managers, and designers • Contribute as a member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team • Drive QA standards across the company • Test web applications, APIs, and database data • Develop automation scripts and review developers’ code • Support quality assurance for Super Dispatch’s vehicle-shipping platform

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year as a QA Engineer in an agile product-driven environment • At least 1 year of experience with test automation tools • Advanced level English • Analytical mindset • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Knowledge of quality assurance practices and ability to implement them • Deep understanding of web applications, browsers, and HTTP • Experience working with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in Python or TypeScript • Experience with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Pytest • Strong SQL skills • Expertise in REST/GraphQL API testing using tools such as Postman or cURL • Solid understanding of client-server architecture and Browser DevTools • Strong knowledge of test design techniques • Experience with AI agents, LLMs, or chatbots is a plus • Understanding of Agile methodology and CI/CD processes is a plus • Experience in logistics or auto transport is a plus
