📋 Description

• Architect end-to-end software solutions using modern frameworks and design patterns • Lead system design discussions for high-traffic applications and business-critical services • Evaluate and implement improvements for scalability, observability, and resilience • Define best practices for code quality, security, accessibility, and data privacy compliance • Lead complex cross-functional projects from concept to delivery • Collaborate with product and business teams to define technical vision • Oversee technical implementation of new features and services • Build and maintain distributed systems using Spring Boot microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes • Design and optimize MySQL and Oracle databases using indexing and tuning • Manage Redis, Eureka Server, and ELK Stack for caching, service registration, monitoring, and analytics • Configure Nginx and Apache for load balancing and high availability • Own and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines • Improve monitoring, logging, alerting, deployment automation, infrastructure as code, and site reliability practices • Mentor engineers and conduct code and design reviews • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-departmental stakeholders on company-wide technical initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field • 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level software development • Advanced proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture • Advanced proficiency in MySQL, Oracle, and Redis • Advanced proficiency in React and modern front-end frameworks • Advanced proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins CI/CD • Advanced proficiency in Linux/UNIX, Nginx, Apache, and ELK Stack • Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles • Proven ability to architect and deliver complex backend systems and mentor technical teams • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and align multiple teams toward shared goals • Experience using AI platforms such as Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT (preferred)
