📋 Description

• Deliver technical support via email and chat • Perform first-tier troubleshooting for customers’ Windows-based VPS environments used for trading • Build strong and lasting customer relationships • Keep up with evolving tools and technology • Handle sensitive customer data securely • Apply customer happiness practices • Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPIs • Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level) • At least 6 months of experience in a technical support role • Hands-on experience with VPS setup and management • Trading experience • Strong understanding of Windows Server administration • Familiarity with TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader • Strong analytical thinking and research skills • Positive, proactive and responsible attitude • Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM • Stable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload • CRM systems expertise is a plus • Previous experience providing support via email and chat is a plus • Experience with MetaTrader 4/5 is a plus • Experience supporting customers of hosting, cloud, or trading-related products is a plus
