📋 Description

• Support Swapcard’s in-house legal team • Handle company law matters, including corporate housekeeping, governance and shareholder matters • Provide day-to-day employment law support on contracts, HR questions and procedures • Advise on other business law topics as needed • Report to and work directly with Sarah Fellous, Chief Legal Officer • Work remotely as a freelance lawyer for an initial period through the end of 2026, with potential renewal

🎯 Requirements

• Admitted to the French Bar • At least 5 years in business law, including in-house or with SaaS/tech clients • Full professional proficiency in English • French is a strong plus • Comfortable working on your own in a fast-paced, international environment • US Bar admission is a plus • CET timezone preferred; other timezones can be discussed
