📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers as part of the team • Handle telephone inquiries about invoices, payments, fees, and mobile payment solutions such as Apple Pay and Samsung Pay • Identify customer needs and present relevant value-added services through up-selling and cross-selling • Work scheduled shifts flexibly between Monday and Sunday, 07:00 and 23:00, from home

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service or a contact center • Confident and professional communication skills in German and French • At least basic English proficiency for operating systems • Empathetic, solution-oriented approach to customer interactions • Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously • Ability to work confidently in a technically demanding environment • Willingness to work flexible shifts between 07:00 and 23:00, Monday to Sunday • Must work 100% during the first two months for onboarding
