📋 Description

• Manage network operations and resolve incidents • Ensure compliance with service commitments • Identify opportunities to automate support activities • Manage customer requests as part of Managed Services activities • Collaborate within a team of approximately 30 employees, organized in an agile and customer-oriented manner

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience in network operations • Good knowledge of networking fundamentals (routing and switching) and WLAN • CCNA to CCNP level or equivalent skills, depending on experience • Knowledge of Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet firewalls • Knowledge of NAC (ISE), proxy solutions (Zscaler), PAM (Wallix), reverse proxies, and load balancers • Autonomous and proactive • Very good written and spoken French and English • Resident in Switzerland
