📋 Description

• Support the delivery of ServiceNow projects for clients in Switzerland and Germany • Gather and analyze requirements together with business departments and stakeholders • Translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow configurations and solutions • Gradually build expertise in CPQ, CRM and CSM • Support the further development and optimization of existing ServiceNow solutions • Contribute to modern AI use cases and AI Agents on the ServiceNow platform • Work closely with clients, consultants and technical teams • Continuously develop your ServiceNow and consulting skills

🎯 Requirements

• Initial hands-on experience with ServiceNow, for example as an Administrator, Consultant or Developer, preferably with CSM, CRM or similar modules • Up to around 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting or a comparable role • Strong motivation to expand your expertise and learn new ServiceNow modules • Genuine interest in CPQ, CRM and modern AI solutions • CSA or CAD certification is an advantage • Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset • Enjoy working with clients and interdisciplinary teams • Structured and independent way of working • Very good German and good English skills • Based in Switzerland or Germany
