📋 Description

• Provide 1-to-1 support to patients through message-based chat and phone/video calls • Apply Sword’s digital approach to the assessment and management of patients with women pelvic health disorders • Support clinical validation of new therapeutic programs and products through data collection and testing

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy • Completion of additional formal pelvic health education course(s), such as level 1 pelvic coursework (or equivalent) • A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in the treatment of pelvic health disorders • AI fluency at a minimum of Level 1, using AI daily to boost personal productivity • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with member empowerment, behavioral change, and motivational engagement • Ability to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment • Strong commitment to data security and privacy
