📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and safety screenings • Identify clinical red flags and determine program appropriateness • Explain the value and structure of the program to prospective patients • Convert assessments into active patient participation • Use interpersonal communication and motivational interviewing to encourage patient commitment and long-term compliance • Perform patient triage-related tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and/or pelvic health disorders • Excellent interpersonal skills in a digital care workspace • Commitment to data security and privacy • Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive assessment work • Fluency in English • Reliable internet connection • Desktop or laptop computer • Comfortable with web-based tools • AI proficiency at least Level 1 • Additional formal pelvic health education course(s), such as level 1 pelvic coursework, is a plus
