📋 Description

• Provide 1-to-1 support to members through message-based chat and phone/video calls • Apply Sword’s digital approach to surgical prehabilitation and management of patients with musculoskeletal disorders • Support clinical validation of new therapeutic programs and products through data collection and testing • Join Sword’s remote clinical team delivering patient care digitally

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders • AI fluency at least at Level 1 (Explorer), using AI daily to boost personal productivity • Passion for personalized care and whole-person health • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage members through a digital care workspace • Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with member empowerment, behavioral change, and motivational engagement • Able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment • Strong commitment to data security and privacy • Additional formal pelvic health education courses, such as level 1 pelvic coursework, are a plus • Experience delivering behavioral support is a plus
