📋 Description

• Provide clinical care and support to families through Sword’s platform • Assess cases and review the clinical picture • Reply directly to patients and parents • Resolve cases requiring clinical input • Prescribe, refer, or establish follow-up plans and provide medical guidance • Provide clinical support to parents of children • Share qualitative member feedback with product and clinical teams to improve the experience • Cover rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, supporting Portuguese-speaking families

🎯 Requirements

• Medical degree (Mestrado Integrado em Medicina) • Current standing as a final-year pediatric resident (interno de pediatria) or fully qualified pediatrician • Active medical license (cédula profissional) with the Ordem dos Médicos, valid to prescribe independently • Clinical experience in pediatrics, ideally including early childhood • Strong written communication skills through a digital chat interface • Availability for rotating shift coverage, including evenings and weekends, as part of 24/7 coverage • Fluent in Portuguese, written and spoken • AI proficiency at least Level 1 (Explorer), using AI daily to boost personal productivity
