📋 Description

• Participate in product discovery, requirements definition and feature design • Identify potential issues before development begins • Translate product requirements into acceptance criteria, test scenarios and quality expectations • Design, execute and maintain functional, regression, integration and end-to-end test plans • Test mobile applications, backend services, APIs and AI-powered functionalities • Investigate and document defects and track them through resolution with engineers • Contribute to QA processes, documentation and test automation • Improve testing efficiency and help prevent issues • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, AI and Clinical teams throughout the product development lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in QA, software testing or software development with hands-on testing responsibilities • Experience designing, executing and documenting test cases and test scenarios • Basic to intermediate programming knowledge and ability to read and understand code • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • At least Level 1 AI proficiency: uses AI daily to boost personal productivity
