📋 Description

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, bottlenecks, and manual processes • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or redesign processes • Translate operational problems into pragmatic AI-powered tools, automations, and software solutions • Own solutions end-to-end from process discovery and solution design through implementation, deployment, adoption, and iteration • Build and integrate AI-driven applications using LLMs, APIs, internal systems, and workflow automation • Handle front-end and back-end development as needed • Measure solution impact and continuously improve based on user feedback, operational metrics, and observed outcomes • Help the Operations team solve complex and repetitive operational challenges through process improvement, automation, and AI

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, automation, AI engineering, or a similarly technical role • Strong hands-on proficiency in JavaScript (React, Node.js) and/or Python • Experience building practical software solutions and integrating multiple systems through APIs • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent models • Proficiency in SQL and confidence working with data to understand processes and measure outcomes • Strong continuous improvement mindset • Experience working directly with business or operational stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into concrete solutions • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • High levels of ownership and autonomy, with a bias toward experimentation and execution • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams • AI proficiency at least Level 1 (Explorer) • Experience with Lean, Kaizen, continuous improvement, process engineering, or operational excellence methodologies is desirable • Experience automating operational workflows or transforming manual business processes is desirable • Familiarity with RAG pipelines is desirable • Practical experience building or orchestrating AI agents is desirable • Experience with workflow automation platforms or agentic systems is desirable • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is desirable • Understanding of AI governance principles is desirable
