📋 Description

• Manage the central Service Delivery backlog • Support the review and management of the CMDB roadmap to support the infrastructure’s ITIL processes • Lead strategic CMDB governance • Implement CMDB dashboards and reporting • Organize and oversee delivery • Lead tool enhancements, particularly for ServiceNow and Tanium Discovery • Draft processes and operating procedures • Establish a service line to collect requirements and feedback • Scope, launch, and manage ITOM POCs for defined use cases and scopes • Conduct gap assessments against other tools • Define the strategy and costing for POCs • Work with the Sales team and Technical Management to identify suitable client contexts and projects • Contribute to knowledge sharing and organize and facilitate meetups and internal training sessions • Opportunity to contribute to pre-sales projects and lead a technical community • Opportunity to support a group of consultants in their professional development

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience • Strong technical and functional interest • Excellent written communication skills • Ability to track action plans, facilitate workshops, and document processes • English proficiency sufficient to work on international projects • Skills in ITSM and ITIL processes • Experience with CMDBs and CMDB roadmaps • Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) and Tanium Discovery • Skills in CMDB dashboarding and reporting • Experience in process automation and optimization • Experience scoping and managing ITOM POCs • Skills in Capabilities & Maturity and gap assessment • Skills in ROI analysis, strategy, and POC costing
