📋 Description

• Contribute to the operational maintenance, configuration, and monitoring of applications • Participate in the automation and optimization of operations processes • Analyze and resolve production incidents • Provide Level 2 and/or Level 3 technical support • Participate in defining, tracking, and analyzing performance indicators • Optimize system reliability and operational performance • Participate in implementing observability tools • Monitor systems and analyze performance • Maintain technological awareness of tools and evolving practices • Contribute to Squad activities: internal projects, workshops, conferences, business development and recruitment, and the drafting of expert articles

🎯 Requirements

• Expected experience: 3 to 5 years • Strong command of Linux/Unix systems • Proficiency with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, and GitHub • Proficiency with containerization tools: Docker and Kubernetes • Proficiency in scripting languages: Python and Bash • Proficiency with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, and Dynatrace
