📋 Description

• Ensure claims are reviewed, processed, and resolved according to Production guidelines and Syndigo quality standards • Act as a liaison between Production and Customer Care to resolve client requests • Identify gaps and suggest solutions using Production Tools or collaborating with other departments and production teams • Identify recurring claim trends, propose process enhancements, and support initiatives improving customer satisfaction and production efficiency • Collaborate on process and documentation revisions • Contribute to team goal-setting and future strategic vision • Support implementation of new processes, systems, and operational changes and help ensure smooth adoption across teams • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional claims, ticketing, case management, customer support, content operations, or related experience • Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences • Curious and investigative mindset with ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions • Ability to work autonomously, be proactive, evaluate situations, and make informed decisions • Familiarity with data analysis tools, reporting platforms, AI-assisted tools, Excel, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 applications • Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite and Jira; experience with ticketing systems is a plus • Ability to balance competing priorities, manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail • Strong technical problem-solving skills and technology knowledge • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide regular status updates • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple responsibilities, maintain attention to detail, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, workflows, and operational requirements • Interest in consumer electronics, technology products, or product content management preferred
